Salary; £37,280- £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
To lead on the identification of training needs, and the development, implementation and review of a training plan and training programmes for NIHE Direct, within the Asset Management Directorate, working closely with senior stakeholders and the corporate Learning & Organisational Development team
to achieve organisational business objectives in line with our vision and values.
The essential criteria are detailed in the Candidate Information Pack.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1. i) Possess a BTEC Higher Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent qualification in a Learning and Development /Business related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Training/ Learning and Development role in a large multi team organisation to include delivery of learning and development
OR
- ii) Can demonstrate equivalent professional development or experiential learning with three years’ experience working in a Training/ Learning and Development role in a large multi team organisation to include delivery of learning and development. (Please include dates)
- Demonstrate significant experience in three of the following areas:
- A) Providing training related support and guidance to a range of stakeholders.
- B) Developing and/or implementing processes and procedures in delivering effective Training Programmes.

- D) Successfully designing, delivering and/or evaluating Training needs.
- 3. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
