Salary: £37,280 – £42,839 per annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

To deliver an effective and efficient internal communications and event management service.  To provide a professional, proactive, customer orientated and high-quality service to support Housing Executive business and objectives.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • 1. A degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*).

*Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies

  • 2. Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an internal communications environment with event management experience. (Please include dates)

3. Can demonstrate significant relevant experience in each of the five areas listed below:

  • A) Day-to-day management of an organisation’s intranet system to include creation of new pages and content as well as the production of analytical data to assess its effectiveness.
  • B) Development and implementation of internal communication plans and activities.
  • C) Delivery of internal and/or external stakeholder engagement events.
  • D) Establishment of effective working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure that all communications activities are relevant, and that information is accurate and up to date.
  • E) Provision of internal communications advice and guidance to different teams within an organisation.
  • 4. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.

Desirable Criteria

·         1. Experience of working in internal communications within a large organisation (e.g. >500 staff)*.
