Salary: £37,280- £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
To lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within NIHE Direct’s Maintenance Services to ensure provision of an efficient, customer focused service that delivers value for money and tenant satisfaction. The post holder will identify, develop and implement business process improvements that enhance operational performance, and in line with NIHE Direct’s Business Objectives and NIHE’s vision and values.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1. i) Possess a BTEC Higher Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent level qualification in a Business/ Construction or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a service delivery or operational management role
OR
- ii) Can demonstrate 3 years’ relevant experience working in a service delivery or operational management role and continued professional development including the attainment of relevant learning qualifications. (Please include dates)
- 2. Can demonstrate significant experience in business improvement, operational management or service transformation.
- Can demonstrate significant experience in three of the following areas
- A) The collation, analysis and preparation of key information to inform senior management decisions.
- B) Reviewing exiting systems, processes, and work practices to streamline, reduce waste and ensure best practice is established
- C) Implementation of business change processes
- D) Performance monitoring and analysis.
- E) Engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- 4. Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
Desirable Criteria
- 1. Experience of working in a construction or building maintenance environment.
