Disability Awareness Seminar
This three hour seminar is suitable for anyone who interacts with people with disabilities, as colleagues or members of the public. It can also be tailored to suit management or front line staff, to include an emphasis on, for example, DDA case law, or customer services.
The standard seminar has a practical focus with an emphasis on participation. The format involves presentation, discussion, video and small group work.
