Making It Happen!

An event for students with disabilities and employers

This event, facilitated by the Employers' Forum on Disability NI, was organised by Queen's University's Careers Service.   It took place on 14 March 2007 and brought together employers and students with disabilities.  The aim of the event was to encourage and advise students with disabilities in relation to their search for employment after graduation.  Bro McFerran, Managing Director of Northbrook Technology outlined the employer's perspective, while Mark Pollock, a person with a visual impairment, provided real life experience and motivation for disabled students.
