The Northern Ireland Policing Board (the Board) is responsible for ensuring that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) delivers an effective, efficient, impartial, representative and accountable policing service which secures the confidence of the whole community.  The Human Rights Advisor Assistant post involves carrying out duties in connection with the implementation of the Policing Board's programme for monitoring the compliance of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) with the Human Rights Act 1998. The salary range for this post is currently £27,115 to £30,520.
