BT Ireland's Mental Health Week 2009 runs from 15 - 19 June.
The week will features activities and information designed to help you protect your mental well-being, tips on how to deal with stress and awareness advice on various aspects of mental illness, anxiety etc.
Featured speakers will include: Aware, the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) and its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), a "Laughter Workshop" and sessions on stress, fitness and work-life balance.
BT will also launch its new mental health intranet site, with useful links and information, and will host information stands in a number of its buildings.
